First of all it's not shield issue.

How to fix it ?

Step-1
Use full fresh PUBG,don't use any kind config/mod obb.

Step 2:
Play few matches in orginal PUBG without any hacks.

if you face crash while playing with shield, first close all background apps and force stop shield then reopen shield and game.


If above mentioned solution didn't work for you do a factory reset of your phone and all issue will be fixed.
