For users those have encountered a termination, one-day ban, or flag ban upon logging in without even playing a match, simply play a few matches legit without any cheats on original PUBG (With the same account), and then play with SHIELD.

We've identified the main problem causing the ban issue, but despite having all possible methods to fix it, we haven't been able to solve it yet. As it's a serious issue, we need some time to address it. Please don't worry about your keys; their time is continuously extended, and you can log in to check them too. Kindly refrain from repeatedly asking when the update will arrive, as it was a sudden update from PUBG, and I'm doing my best to resolve it. I only slept for three hours last night and still working.

We're facing challenges with the shield's safety and updates. TENCENT is detecting our virtual activity, causing crashes and bans.
If we fix crash it’s start banning, if we fix ban it start crashing.
Despite our efforts, the problems persist. We've banned over 70 accounts, and I've had a bike accident, but I won't seek sympathy.
My focus is on providing service for payment. Dealing with unsafe hacks is tough as it impacts my sales too .
Still, I'm grateful for the support from my resellers and customers. Trust is crucial, and I'm confident we'll overcome these challenges. Thanks for believing in us.
