Today the Lilongwe Chief Resident Magistrate Court in Malawi which is hearing our extradition case, has thrown out the South African government request in which they wanted our legal team to refrain from questioning details of the evidence of their sole witness brought in court.

The court is of the view that the questions were in order as they were seeking to establish sufficiency and insufficiency of evidence in the case.

The case has since been adjourned to tomorrow morning. As I have always said, these cases were fabricated for purposes of extortion of which, I refused to oblige. This gave birth to death threats that led us to come back home. We will prove this!

We are always grateful for the support you render to us and continue being with us in prayer.
