I think every twenty-something should read The Defining Decade. I personally call it "The Guide to Not Fk Up Your 20s."

Whenever I feel lost or confused about what I'm doing with my life, I pick this book up again.

It's written by a therapist and follows conversations with her twenty-something clients about careers, relationships, identity, and all the chaos that comes with this decade of life.
