The real struggle of life is wanting a snack vs wanting to look like a snack.

Why aren't there pet Telegram influencers? πŸ€”

People make Telegram channels for everything... so why not your pets?

I know more cat influencers than human influencers at this point, and honestly, my favorite creators I've worked with have been pet influencers.

Your dog or cat already has thousands of photos sitting in your gallery. Document their journey. Give them a Telegram channel. Let them become an internet celebrity.

I'd subscribe to a cat's routine and I'm happy to see their ugliest photos.

Instagram have been showing me reels on how to soft launch a boy friend, but little it knows I’m soft launching a project

The time will reveal, who will be soft launched first.

No Type Errors Found

I thought love was just a string,
A line of words with little meaning.
Then you came into my program,
And suddenly every variable had a reason.

You're my boolean simple and true,
No "maybe," just true whenever I'm with you.
You turn every doubt into certainty,
Every false into possibility.

Your laugh overflows like an integer
That forgot its limits long ago.
And when we're apart,
My heart becomes a float,
Always carrying that tiny fraction of you.

You're the array where I keep
My favorite memories in order,
Though somehow every new moment
Finds room at the end.

We're like a dictionary,
You are the key,
I am the value,
And together we finally make sense.

Some people say love is complicated,
But ours is an object
Beautifully messy,
Full of little attributes
Only we understand.

If life throws null at us,
We'll fill the emptiness together.
If it raises an exception,
We'll catch it hand in hand.

And when this program reaches its final line,
I hope the compiler smiles and says:

"No type errors found."
Because you were always
The perfect match for me.

(hopeless romantic arc is more fun)

Roses are string,
Violets are blue,
Every boolean I've tested
Keeps returning false for you.

You were my favorite object,
A universe wrapped in {},
I searched every property
Just to find where your heart was kept.

I tried to cast my feelings
Into a type you'd understand,
But love isn't type safe
It slipped right through my hands.

You were a float,
Always just out of reach,
While I was an int,
Too rigid to meet you halfway.

I stored every memory
Inside an endless array,
Yet no matter the index,
You kept drifting away.

They said we were compatible,
That the compiler would agree,
But somewhere between parsing dreams
You became null to me.

Now I'm just a lonely char,
One letter from your name,
Wondering if we'd have been
A different class
In a different program.

And if there's one data type
I still don't understand,
It's how a heart can overflow
While its hands remain empty.

Okay, this is finally up.

Not a men vs women thing, not a lecture. A lot of us live in a bubble, tech, creative, liberal spaces, where things look fine for women, but there's a mindset that follows us out of it and into our own heads. I wrote a piece to show what it's actually like to move through the world as a woman, so you feel it instead of being argued at. Including what the "man-hater" is really reacting to, because it isn't hate, even when it sounds like it.

Please read the whole thing, it's one picture, and the pieces only add up together. Half of it out of context reads wrong.

If you've ever been confused why women say it's still not okay when it looks fine to you, this is the walk-through.

And if it resonates, share it with anyone you think it might reach, women who'll feel seen, and men who genuinely want to understand

This was so good, it unlocked a memory I forgot I had.

So here's a story time that no one asked for.

So here's a story time that no one asked for.
This part triggered a memory.

When I was an early tween, my driver gave me "the talk."

He told me that because I was growing up, I needed to be quieter, calmer, and stop moving around so much because my body was changing. He went into detail about every change. (Like just kill me) πŸ™‚

The whole conversation was awkward as hell. I just wanted the car seat to swallow me. I was confused, but I knew one thing: I couldn't tell my mom because she would've sent him to space.

For a while, I became quieter and took up less space and be invisible. It wasn't until my late teens that I became unapologetically myself again.

Some context:
1. My driver was an Indian man. Now that I'm older and understand more about the culture he grew up in, I don't think he meant any harm. I think he genuinely believed he was protecting me.

2. My mom was a feminist before the term was even mainstream. She worked hard to raise me to be free, especially as a girl to have a voice, take up space, and have a presence. Man, I love my mom.
