Yesterday, we experienced a critical infrastructure failure at the data center where our privately owned cabinet was located. Due to a serious electrical issue caused by the data centerβs negligence, multiple servers were affected simultaneously.
As a result, we lost access to:
Web servers
Database servers
Backup servers
Unfortunately, this led to partial data loss.
We are currently initiating legal proceedings against the data center, so our ability to share technical and legal details is limited at this stage.

We are actively migrating Sharingtools to a new data center with a new cabinet and new servers.

Once the new infrastructure is live:
All services will be restored
2 weeks of free extension will be added to all active customer subscriptions

We will restore services using our latest available cloud backup.
Since the backup deployment server was also affected in the incident, this is currently the only recovery option available.
