We had issues with datacenter we are checking our problem right now. Unexpected maintenance started now. We will keep informed here.
Maintenance will be long. There is storage based issue on our database and web servers.
🔔 Service Update – Temporary Downtime Notice

Yesterday, we experienced a critical infrastructure failure at the data center where our privately owned cabinet was located. Due to a serious electrical issue caused by the data center’s negligence, multiple servers were affected simultaneously.

As a result, we lost access to:

Web servers

Database servers

Backup servers

Unfortunately, this led to partial data loss.
We are currently initiating legal proceedings against the data center, so our ability to share technical and legal details is limited at this stage.

🚀 Recovery & Migration Plan

We are actively migrating Sharingtools to a new data center with a new cabinet and new servers.

Estimated recovery time: 24–48 hours

Once the new infrastructure is live:

All services will be restored

2 weeks of free extension will be added to all active customer subscriptions

💾 Data Restoration Status

We will restore services using our latest available cloud backup.
Since the backup deployment server was also affected in the incident, this is currently the only recovery option available.

Estimated impact: ~2 months of data

Total affected infrastructure: 10 dedicated servers, including:

Web

Database

Backup

Redis

Supporting services

The affected servers are no longer usable. New servers have already been ordered and are awaiting deployment at the new data center location.

🚨 Infrastructure Update

Unfortunately, we didn’t get a quiet Sunday.

This Sunday, we experienced a serious issue with our servers after the data center informed us about a fire affecting our cabinet. The initial information we received suggested that all servers and data were lost.

After an immediate and intensive investigation, we are relieved to confirm that our data has been successfully saved.

We are now:

Completing the setup on new servers

Finalizing all system configurations

Strengthening our infrastructure

To prevent anything similar in the future, we have also added:

3 additional backup servers

Located in different data centers and cabinets

These measures significantly increase redundancy and data safety.

There is internet outage on phone farm due to provider having maintenance.
While Mark S*ckerberg attacking all developers and marketers, trying to stop public data or accessable material based developments, Instagram leaked 17.5 MLN people's sensitive data. As we can track on blackmarket, People's sensitive data like their address, ID Cards for verifications and etc leaked by Instagram and it is selling now on darknet.


As developer of useful tools and marketing industry, Meta always fighting for selling more advertise instead of protecting people's sensitive data. We all, marketers and developers using public data, public ways to grow our accounts or business. But even this made us "bad guy" on the internet for platforms due to their sale trends is going down since our methods make more sense and provide more results.
