We detect that issue, customers who are using "HTTP" proxies, which mean all your requests are not encrypted, they are detected by filters and because of cencorship they cannot access to Instagram.

We comminicated with our partners and explained solution to them that we already applied to our side. They will also enable HTTPS proxy option and provide better encryption and safety. With it, nothing will see your traffic and you will be able to connect easily.


As we said again, we dont have connection issues right now, we bypassed it already.

Türkiye is blaming Instagram about to leaking sensitive information which is against to national security and interest and requested policy change from Instagram about this case. Instagram didn’t changed any policy and Türkiye banned Instagram access on country. Because of they blame Instagram with national security they will be able hold Instagram as blocked and they will decide everything thru government IT ministry.


Here is our short term and long term plan;

We are going to improve our bypass methods and keep stability for a while.

Meanwhile everything back to stable we will add 3 day for all our customers and keep our platform stable while we start to move all our operations to another country.


Sharingtools not using just one server. It whole cabinet and we use our own servers.

As we explain to here, for better future and business opportunities we will prepare migrate process of our companies, we will complete it in August and from tomorrow people will not affected from this changes. Services will be stable and operational while we move everything. When we prepare everything it will just take 1 hour to activate new servers and new phone farms.
