به JavaScript و CSS و HTML خوب مسلط باشی
ReactJs تو مشتت باشه
با معماری و نحوه کار با Redux خوب آشنا باشی
اصول طراحی و پیاده سازی صفحات Responsive رو خوب بدونی
اینکه به تجربه‌ی کاربر(UX) اهمیت بدی
با حداقل یکی از framework های react مثل next.js آشنا باشی
با Webpack ,Gulp ,Grunt ,npm ,Bower و… آشنایی داشته باشی
از همه مهمتر اینه که اهل کار تیمی باشی و زمانت رو درست مدیریت کنی
کد‌های خوانا، تمیز و استانداردی بنویسی

1. Ph.D. in computer science, software engineering, electronics, mathematics, automation and other related majors, well-known universities at home and abroad;
2. Possess a solid knowledge base of mathematical modeling, pattern recognition, machine learning and deep learning; familiar with technologies such as voice wake-up, microphone array algorithm, noise reduction algorithm, voice recognition, speech synthesis, voiceprint recognition, etc.;
3. Proficiency in one of the mainstream open source speech recognition frameworks such as CMU Sphinx, Kaldi, HTK, Julius;
4. More than 5 years of work experience in the field of speech recognition, familiar with the mainstream AI platform architecture at home and abroad, strong engineering landing capabilities, and hosted large-scale speech project development;
5. Master scientific data acquisition methods, familiar with the process of voice data collection and annotation, relevant standards in the voice industry, and familiar with acoustic laboratory standards;
6. Those who published papers in related top conferences or journals are preferred (ICASSP, Interspeech, ACL, ICML, NIPS, etc.);
7. Strong communication ability and anti-stress ability, cross-team collaboration ability;
8. Have good leadership skills and rich team training experience;
9. Experience with leading domestic well-known enterprises or voice teams is preferred.
