Koba Finance is an early-stage, venture-backed startup with a remote and global team.
We are seeking a part-time/full-time Marketing Intern for 3-6 months (we are flexible!) to join our rapidly growing team of Web3 and crypto enthusiasts. This is a paid internship with the possibility of becoming a full-time role.
Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy and Planning: Design campaigns, marketing strategy and operational marketing plan for each relevant channel (PR, content, social media, events, etc). Think of innovative ways to bootstrap growth!
• Execution of Marketing Plan: Monitor current campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, measure effectiveness of channels/campaigns by reporting on key metrics and tweaking the strategy as appropriate.
• Content creation: Creating content for various social media channels (Twitter, Discord, Medium) and our newsletter
• Working with Internal and External teams: Work with our ecosystem partners to deliver coordinated and appealing marketing communications in an efficient and timely manner. Coordinate with Sales and Product team to produce effective strategies
Requirements
• Good understanding of the crypto ecosystem
• Experience using Discord and Telegram for community coordination
• Experience organizing Webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything)
• Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
• Innovative: Love experimenting with new ideas
• Hands-on attitude: Ability to write copy, find out how to use marketing automation tools, reach out to industry partners and just do whatever it takes to grow
• Team player with a good sense of humour

• Creative design capabilities (familiar with photoshop/illustrator/design tools)
• Previous work experience managing and growing online communities
• Relevant crypto and DeFi experience
• Able to make and curate memes and gifs• Creative design capabilities (familiar with photoshop/illustrator/design tools)
