Work arrangement:
Monday to Thursday will rotate between 9.00am to 6.30pm & 10.30am to 8.00pm
Every Friday, Fixed: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Saturdays: 9.00am to 1.00pm (2 working Saturdays per month, alternate)
We are looking for a Credit Control Executive to perform:
- Answer incoming calls and enquires on payment.
- Communicate and explain breakdown of amount payable in detail to customers.
- Negotiate with customers on repayment amount and payment dates, where applicable.
- Provide customer service and enhance overall collections efficiency and delinquency rates.
- Resolve customer issues and handle walk-in customers who wish to make payment.
Requirements:
- O Level and above
- Good spoken English to communicate with customers
