Scammer name online is Cloud…Claims to be able to make VALID LICENSE FOR ALL CLASSES AS HE IS FROM COMFORT DELGRO..will demand full payment and wait for a certain date that he chose and claim that it will be reflected in our SINGPASS…and it will be posted to our address after 5 days upon reflection in singpass ..
I neg to pay half instead of full…
800 sgd transferred to his acc…Claims his name is Andy …gave me ic pictures and dbs bank account…

Please beware of this guy…He just posted in @sgppasarMalam…

He is chinese and sounded very much like malaysian from the way he speaks English…

After i deposited money to him,i saw in pasarmalam that he also comned other ppl…they gave more money than i did…
U see here is the thing,he is offering sumting thats illegal,but he thinks that im afraid to report to authorities bout this…i informed my bank and the relevant authorities…

His modus operandi is

He will ask what class we need…Then the procedure is he will key in our details in the so called system of his..
If system checks ‘green’ that means can proceed to do with the license..
If it checks ‘Red’ then he will so called refund our money….
So after successful keyed application,he will give us our ‘test date’..Thats when we are supposedly to be seating for our TP test which we will conveniently PASS..After 5 days from our test date,we are asked to check in our Singpass Account to see for our successful VALID QUALIFIED DRIVING/MOTORBIKE LICENSE..after which 5 days later we will receive it via our registratered mailing address…

Thats how he tricked people!
