Blackridge with 9 delta fans @ 12000 RPM max to keep 5900x cool

Glued 9 delta fans (4cm × 10mm) and mounted to blackridge (47mm) with strings. Fits in 60 mm clearance case. Another 92mm fan mounted under the cooler. Delta fans keep 10% RPM until 45℃ and reach full speed at 75℃.

\-Thermal: RT 20℃, continuous CB20 run package temp 86℃, package power 187W as shown in HWMonitor.

\-Noise: 35 dB idle and 73.5 dB full speed, 0.5m from delta fans.

\-Aesthetics: I'll leave it like that for now since it looks ok with the side panel on.
