Subject :- REFUND OF EXCESS EXAM FEE

Respected Sir,
I am Student of IGNOU having Enrolment No..............Program Code................I am eligible for Promotion as per the Notice From IGNOU Dated 16/12/2020, I have filled my Exam fees for June 2020 Exams & given Promotion in Dec 2020 Term End Exam...Now as per the Promotion Notice, My Examination Fees is Suppose to be adjusted in June 2021 Exam but when IGNOU Started Exam Form Fill up on 17th May 2021, My Fees was not adjusted that time and in the Fear of losing my desire Exam Centre, I have Filled the Exam Form & Paid the Required Fee with Control Number ..................
But on 27th May 2021, IGNOU has released another Notice & Adjusted the Fees of those Students who has already Paid there Fees but mine was not adjusted as i have already Filled my Exam Form earlier..

Therefore, I request you to kindly Refund my Excess Fee as soon as possible..

I have Taken Fresh Admission in July 2021 Session (Mention Your Session) or Done Re-Registration for 2nd or 3rd Year for July 2021 Session..But I have not Received my Study Material yet...Kindly Dispatch it as soon as possible..

My two Exams (Mention Subject Code) are on the same day & Same time..These two Papers are from 3rd Year/2nd Year but are Clashing with Each other, Just because of it ,I am Losing my Valuable 6 Month & Moreover losing many Opportunites...Kindly do the needfull so that i can appear for all the Examss in this Session without wasting my 6 Month..I will be very Thankfull to You...
