Subject : Two Exams of Same Year are Clashing

Respected sir,
I am a Student of IGNOU having Enrolment Number............& Programme Code................ My two Exams (Mention Subject Code) are on the same date & same time..These two Papers are from 3rd Year/2nd Year but are Clashing with Each other.. Just because of it, I am Losing my Valuable 6 Month & Moreover losing many Opportunites..Kindly Do the Needfull so that I can appear for all the Papers in this Session without wasting my 6 Months...I will be very Thankfull to You....
