The experiment he finds so objectionable is free speech.

Soon we may have to tolerate jokes and statements of fact on Twitter.

Twitter's mission is "to give everyone the power to create and share ideas ... and to express their opinions and beliefs without barriers." They're failing miserably. Nobody's calling for a forum where "anything goes," but we are calling for an end to viewpoint discrimination.

Guys like Max call for "more content moderation, not less" because they fear someone may refute them or expose them for being fiends and fools. It's that simple. They can't win in the marketplace of ideas, so they seek to shut down the marketplace.

Somebody help him out.

From an AP article: "Musk has described himself as a 'free speech absolutist' but is also known for blocking other Twitter users who question or disagree with him."

Blocking is simply tuning out. It's radically different from censorship, which suppresses and silences opposition.

"Content moderation" has become a euphemism for censorship.

It's not about hate speech, either. They've baked their ideology into the hateful conduct policy so that good-faith disagreement about what's true and right constitutes hate speechβ€”even if it's lawful, well-intentioned, and eminently reasonable.

The most profound statement ever spoken: β€œIt is finished.”

It’s not that they have a problem with hate speech. They just hate speech.

So it turns out it was unlawful for them to tell us refusal to wear a mask was unlawful.

Many flight attendants are mourning the loss of their power today. Be sure to have your seatback and tray tables in the upright and locked position during takeoff and landing or you're going to hear about it. It's all they've got left.

Temporary mandates would be permanent if not for Trump-appointed judges.

The exposure of @Libsoftiktok isn't journalism; it's pure intimidation. They're threatened by her effectiveness, so they hope to silence her by making her too afraid to continue. They want to raise the cost of doing her work so high that she has no choice but to quit.

But I think they'll be surprised by her resolve. She's afraid, as anyone would be in these circumstances, but she's also determined to not be bullied, threatened, or harassed into silence. That takes remarkable courage that few people possess.

I think they'll also be surprised by the support she receives. I want them to know that she won't be canceled from her job because this *is* her job now. I've worked out a deal with her that will turn her heroic, high-risk work into a career.

They may have exposed her, but they'll never stop her.

Long live @Libsoftiktok.

The Babylon Bee didn't do a deal with her. The Bee is a satire publication. You know, like the Washington Post. I did a deal with her personally.

Also, I want to thank you for amplifying the voices you try to suppress. Your promotion of β€˜Libs of Tik Tok’ today has been priceless.

Following two separate Twitter suspensions and aggressive attacks from both trolls and the corporate press, the email list for Libs of Tik Tok has grown by tens of thousands and the follower count has grown by hundreds of thousands.

Thanks for the leg up, Leftists.

Let's keep it going. Join the list here: https://www.libsoftiktok.com/subscribe
