于昨晚凌晨突然宕机伯力，已无任何恢复的机会。
Gcore方面取消掉了我们的服务，拒绝退款，并且不在允许购买新的机器，我们在Gcore中的余额也不给予退除。
我们对于Gcore方面的处理非常无奈，但只能接受。
我们即将会下架伯力，请等待具体处理事宜的公布。

关于下架处理办法：
按照剩余有效期百分比退回，计算公式（(剩余天数/付款周期)*付款金额 ）
1.按照支付方式原路退回
2.退款到余额（多退1.3倍）

Dcs硬件故障
很对不起各位，dcs的IPMI上次出现问题后上游也并未修复，我并不能进入ipmi。
系统已出现bus error，无法确诊问题。
