Gcore方面取消掉了我们的服务，拒绝退款，并且不在允许购买新的机器，我们在Gcore中的余额也不给予退除。

我们对于Gcore方面的处理非常无奈，但只能接受。

Maybe not only you was involved, but you have a very powerful DDoS attack and you affected all our customers. We can't tell you if any others have such an attack, but if it is so, I can't tell you that the others will be blocked, too.
