📍HTS-appointed division commander Ahmed El-Hais a.k.a. Abu Hatim Shaqra is on U.S. sanctions list

Ahmed El-Hais, also known as Abu Hatim Shaqra, recently appointed by the so-called HTS Ministry of Defense as a division commander, is listed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for terror-related activities.

Another Provocation by the so called Caretaier Regime: Murderer of Hevrin Khalaf appointed as HTS's Deir ez-Zor-Hasakah-Raqqa Division commander

HTS-Syria's Ministry of Defense appointed Ehmed El Hayis (Abu Hatem Shakra) as the commander of the 86th Division in Deir ez-Zor, Hasakah and Raqqa. Abu Hatem Shakra is under terror-related US sanctions, has been accused of multiple war crimes by the UN is the murder of Kurdish politician Hevrin Khalaf.
