I believe the way you start your morning shapes the way you live your day. Your first thoughts. Your energy. Your small decisions.

Before you build anything in the outside world, you build yourself first. A few minutes of movement, silence, coffee, and a clear mind.

Small routines. Big changes.

How long are we going to ignore the fact that people simply can’t keep up with the speed of the world anymore?

I’ve been working in media, PR and marketing for many years, and I see a major shift happening. We’ve entered an era where the speed of information production has already exceeded our ability to consume it. News, AI, trends, new tools, case studies, Telegram, Reels, YouTube, podcasts, courses - every single day there are dozens of new things we’re told we “need to know.” It’s physically impossible to process it all.

And this is where it gets interesting. Information used to be valuable because access to it was limited. Today, information is a commodity. There’s simply too much of it. The new value is filtering, interpretation and clarity.

People don’t need another 100 pieces of content. They need someone to say: this is what actually matters right now, this is what you can safely ignore, and these are the five steps you need to take today. No information overload, no endless learning for the sake of learning, no thousand courses that leave you knowing more but still wondering what the hell you’re supposed to do tomorrow morning.

And that’s exactly why I believe we’re entering a powerful new era of expert personal brands. Not talking heads, but people with real experience, reputation, perspective and the ability to take a complicated market and make it simple.

Because in a world moving this fast, people increasingly need three things: stability, community and trust. A strong personal brand today is no longer just about reach, followers or beautiful content. It’s a point of navigation. It’s someone who can cut through all the noise and say: I’ve already studied this, I’ve separated the signal from the noise, and this is what actually works - step one, two, three, four, five.

I believe these are the people who will own the two most valuable assets of the new era: attention and trust.

We already have enough information.

Now we need people who can make sense of it.

Why do I keep coming back to Mykonos? 🇬🇷

For the past seven years, I’ve returned to this island every year. And somehow, I never get tired of it.

I love the white Cycladic houses against the endless blue. The incredible beaches, the crystal-clear water, the food, the sunsets, the people you meet and the connections that sometimes begin here completely by chance.

But most of all, I love the energy of Mykonos.

There’s something about this island that makes me slow down, enjoy the moment and feel a little more alive. You can spend the morning alone by the sea, have a long lunch with friends, meet someone from the other side of the world by sunset - and end the day without ever having planned any of it.

Maybe that’s why I keep coming back.

Some places you visit. Some places become part of your life. Mykonos is definitely one of mine.

Dear Diary,

Don’t recite poetry to someone who isn’t a poet.

Saturday is a time to slow down.

When you’re constantly on the move, juggling meetings, projects, calls, and endless messages, you eventually realize how important it is to simply stop and make time for yourself.

For me, the perfect weekend is about putting my phone away, disconnecting from work, and giving myself a chance to recharge.

I love spending time at the spa, enjoying a good massage, practicing meditation, or simply taking a peaceful walk by the sea. No rush, no schedule, no pressure. Just being present and enjoying the moment.

Over the years, I’ve come to understand that rest isn’t a reward for hard work. It’s just as important as the work itself. You can’t keep giving your energy to the world without taking time to restore it.

And sometimes, the best way to become more productive is to allow yourself to do absolutely nothing.

Today is exactly that kind of day for me. A little peace, self-care, and a much-needed digital detox.

How do you recharge your energy? What helps you truly switch off and reconnect with yourself?

The older I get, the more I realize one simple truth: taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s one of the most important forms of discipline.

We’re used to measuring success by how much we accomplish. How many tasks we complete, how many meetings we attend, how many goals we achieve. But how often do we ask ourselves a different question: how good are we at actually recovering?

I’ve become more convinced that rest is a skill. And it’s something we need to learn.

Creating our own rituals. Disconnecting from the world sometimes. Having days without plans or obligations. Allowing ourselves to eat whatever we want, sleep as long as we want, slow down, and simply enjoy the moment.

And most importantly, doing all of this without feeling guilty.

Because true focus doesn’t come from constant pressure. It comes from balance. Sometimes, to take a big step forward, you need to give yourself permission to stop for a while.

Discipline isn’t just about pushing yourself to do more. It’s also about knowing when to give yourself a break.

And perhaps one of the greatest investments we can ever make is in our own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

After all, what’s the point of building your dream life if you never give yourself the time to enjoy it?
