1. አመልካቾች ለምዝገባ በአካል ሲመጡ የ8ኛ ክፍል ሰርቲፊኬት፤12/10ኛ ሰርቲፊኬት፤ከመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ጀምሮ ያለውን ሰርቲፊኬትና ትራንስክሪፕት ዋናውንና የማይመለስ አንዳንድ ፎቶ ኮፒ ይዘው በብቃትና ሰው ሀብት አስተዳደር ቢሮ ቁጥር 24 መመዝገብ ይችላሉ፡፡
2. በአካል ቀርበው መመዝገብ ለማይችሉ የተጠቀሰው የመመዝገቢያ ጊዜ ገደብ ሳያልፍ በኢ-ሜል አድራሻ dbuchrm@dbu.edu.et  መመዝገብ ይችላሉ፡፡ በኢ-ሜል አድራሻ መላክ የምትችሉት የግንኙነት መስመር መኖሩን አረጋግጣችሁ ብቻ ነው፡፡
3. የአመልካቾች እድሜ በተመለከተ ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ  ከ 45 ዓመት፤ለ3ኛ ዲግሪ ከ55 ዓመት መብለጥ የለበትም፡፡
4. በሌክቸረርነት ፣በረዳት ፕሮፌሰርና በላይ ለመቀጠር CGPA ለወንዶች 3.50 ፣ ለሴቶች 3.35፣ ለአካል ጉዳተኞች  እና ለታዳጊ ክልል ነባር ብሔረሰብ ተወላጅ 3.15፣፣ከአንድ በላይ አዎንታዊ ድጋፍ ተጠቃሚዎች 3.10 እና በላይ ሆኖ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ውጤታቸው ለወንዶች 3.0 ፣ ለሴቶች 2.75 ፣ ለአካል ጉዳተኞች እና ለታዳጊ ክልል ነባር ብሔረሰብ ተወላጅ 2.5፣ከአንድ በላይ አዎንታዊ ድጋፍ ተጠቃሚዎች 2.50 እና በላይ የነበራቸው ሆነው የ2ኛና 3ኛ ዲግሪ የመመረቂያ ፅሁፍ /Thesis/ በጣም ጥሩ /Very good/ ወይም B+ እና በላይ ፣
5. በውጪ ሀገራት ትምህርታቸውን የተከታተሉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከከፍተኛ ትምህርት አግባብነትና ጥራት ኤጄንሲ የትምህርት ደረጃ አቻ ግመታ ሰነድ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፣
6. ደመወዝ በከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የደመወዝ ስኬል መሰረት ነው፣
7. ለመምህርነት 3ኛ እና 2ኛ ዲግሪ በተጠየቁት የሥራ መደቦች ላይ 3ኛ ዲግሪ ያላቸው በቂ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከቀረቡ ቅድሚያ ለ3ኛ ዲግሪ ይሰጣል፤
8. የመመዝገቢያ ጊዜ ፡-ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ከመስከረም11/2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ 10 የስራ ቀናት ብቻ፤
