Good piece : BIG VEGANISM is cover for corporate takeover of food production!

“Multinationals love the phrase “plant-based” because it is a euphemism for the messianic, cultish, modish cause they have adopted: veganism.”

Some of the alt-protein research in Food Valley is directed towards consuming insects (“entomophagy”); some is more focused on algae, fungi — or mycobacterial this, that and the other. But the big research bucks are flowing one way only, and that is to plant-based alternatives to meat.

AUS: Varroa mite to impact grocery prices

Over 12,000 honeybee hives have been destroyed since the mite was detected at the Port of Newcastle in June.

The first 100 days of the outbreak have already cost the economy over $63 million.

Get in the habit of collecting rain water either to drink or for your plants.
👍1
An example of a rain collector barrel you can use and costs £90 from OnBuy. I think you can connect this to your own water supply, or plumbing system... anybody know?
If you can afford a wooden one it's a good idea and from OnBuy at £255.
Cloves and Cinnamon - Natural remedy for Allergies: Both have anti-inflammatory properties

Add 10 cloves and 1 inch cinnamon stick to 1 pint of water, bring to boil then summer for 10 mins, cool then drink X3 daily. Sweeten if needed. Used for colds and flu....very very good...have used it lots of times.

Natural remedy for Laryngitis: Boil twelve cloves and a one-inch cinnamon stick in a cupful of water, strain, add one teaspoon of honey and drink three times daily.
What is this? Anybody know?
These are also good for use as shampoo, soap, washing up liquid or household cleaners if you don't want a big 5litre Castile soap; there is an unperfumed one. You can dilute these. You can get them in Holland and Barrett shops, some supermarkets online or Amazon.
