Dr Bonner's pure Castile soap. Has some interesting philosophy. I am going to try to make something out of this soap by grating it and mixing it with other products, then I will post it online.
Rosehips can be forraged this autumn. They have a very high level of vitamin C and antioxidants. They are pleasant to drink in a tea infusion.
To brew a tea you need 2 teaspoons of dried rose hips in an infuser and submerge it in a cup (240 ml) of boiled water. Add a sweetener like honey to help balance out the flavor. Can be drunk hot or cold.
Hawthorn berries are out this autumn. Prepare hawthorn tea by simmering 1 tablespoon of dried berries in 2 cups of water for 10 to 15 minutes. You can drink the tea up to three times a day. It is good for anxiety, sleep problems, digestive problems like diarrhea and stomachache, menstrual problems and to increase urine output.

You shouldn't take hawthorn with other heart medicines. These include digitalis. Don't take sedatives or sleeping medicines while taking hawthorn. You also shouldn't take hawthorn if you're taking phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors.
