I took pics of hawthorn berries because they are so pretty. They have medicinal properties too. Hawthorn is used to help protect against heart disease and help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Both animal and human studies suggest hawthorn increases coronary artery blood flow, improves circulation, and lowers blood pressure. Anybody else know what hawthorn might be useful for?

This winter guys this is used in Spain to help asthma, flu and protect from and treat covid. You can buy it on Amazon or why not grow it at home...it's called artemisia. This is from the book "vegetables, herbs and fruit" by Matthew Biggs et al.
