Make your own shampoo. Keep a big bottle of Castile liquid soap or some Castile soap tablets at home and you can make shampoo from a small amount of this soap base in the event that there is no shampoo in the shops or it becomes too expensive or you fancy home made shampoo. I can not find Castile soap flakes so do not know if they can be bought, that is why you could grate some Castile soap tablets instead.
This 5kg liquid Castile soap is Β£32.95 from Amazon. You can get organic as well and if you keep this in stock you can make lots of shampoo, hand gel or shower gel. This soap has to be diluted so it works out very economical.

Among the industrial production shutting down across Europe: everything needed to grow food.

See this map for a sense of how widespread - and drastic - the shutdowns of fertilizer production.

What has been put in motion cannot now he stopped - Famine ahead. Prepare.

What are the benefits of Castile Soap? Castile soap is completely natural with no harsh chemical additives or detergents. It is non-toxic, antibacterial, anti-fungal, an antioxidant and offers deep moisturising effects whilst being 100% biodegradable.

There are rumours of huge increases in the prices of food and water in Europe and the collapse of banks. Wonder who is responsible...I think I can guess but will leave that for you to work out.

I am wondering if we will experience some of the inter war years between ww1 and ww2 economic depression. Those who do not prep will find this situation much harder to deal with when it arrives. That's why we should store some essential food items and start growing food and making toiletries. Many people seem oblivious to all this and are acting like life has gone back to normal. We can not become complacent.

Pop into Rogers wholesale stores in the UK. They have food bargains because their stock is close to the sell by date or past the sell by date or not sold well in the supermarkets. Wharehouses only in Southampton, Poole, Plymouth, Stockport and Bilston.

What is a Community Garden?

A community garden is typically one piece of land, gardened collectively by a group of people.

Increasingly, community gardeners are β€œurban-dwellers with limited access to their own land”.

Community beautification and revitalization, food security, physical activity and improved nutrition are just some of the benefits of community gardens.

Community gardens can be found in rural, suburban, and urban areas. I live far out in the countryside and we have a wonderful community garden.
