How to make soap from the beginning....

Make your own shampoo. Keep a big bottle of Castile liquid soap or some Castile soap tablets at home and you can make shampoo from a small amount of this soap base in the event that there is no shampoo in the shops or it becomes too expensive or you fancy home made shampoo. I can not find Castile soap flakes so do not know if they can be bought, that is why you could grate some Castile soap tablets instead.

This 5kg liquid Castile soap is £32.95 from Amazon. You can get organic as well and if you keep this in stock you can make lots of shampoo, hand gel or shower gel. This soap has to be diluted so it works out very economical.

Home made body wash and liquid hand soap based on Castile liquid soap.

What to do with one bar of Castile soap, dilute it and use it to make shampoo, body wash or an all purpose household cleaner.
