At this point employees flattering the skin in order to smooth it. Once having been flattered , they tanin the smooth skin with water and vegetable matter. After that the skin go through polishing again. Almost finished leather transported to the factory by lorry. In the factory machines make our daily shoes,balls especially bags

Instantly they put flour into storage silos following this in the factory there is a machine to produce it so they pour flour,water and oil in order to mix it perfectly than dough fo through rollers so that to be flat and dough sheet the next step is cuttin it to be like strips.
After that strip dough put in to noodle disc subsequently disc noodles go through cooking with oil after that it will immediately dry in order to pour to cups with vegetables and spices. The last stage is labelling and sealing.

A lot of people argue that working week should be shorter and workers should have longer weekend. I qm totally agree with this idea.
Firstly if workers have more time to themselves they can do their hobbies or other activities for example they can go to fishing or even go to cinema so that relax. Also they can spend most of their time with family in order to make their relationship better . They can go out and spend their time together. Or they can fill their missing part in other activities for example workers can attend sports to make their physical better.
However there's also down side of this idea. First and foremost all companies will suffer a lot because if working time is 4 days there will be no employees to service all customers because of that companies will loose their customers a lot. Everyone want to go out with their family at the weekend so if this happen all restaurants will loose a lot of customers.
