शक्ति/ अधिकार का विक्रेंदीकरण आधिकारिक शैली (Autocratic leadership) में दिया गया हैं
जबकि NCERT ,Class 12
Sub :- Business Studies
Chapter 7 में पेज नंबर 196,197 पर साफ साफ लिखा हैं की आधिकारिक शैली में नेता सर्वेसर्वा होता है।
तथा नेता हठधर्मी होता हैं यानी शक्ति दूसरो को ना देकर खुद के पास रखता हैं
अतः यह, Question आधिकारिक शैली का पूर्ण रूप से पालन नहीं करता।
अतः यह Question Democratic और अधिकारिक का मिला जुला रूप है जो किसी एक शेली को पूर्ण रूप से सिद्ध नही करता।
अतः आपसे निवेदन हैं कि 12 NCERT को आधार मानकर आपसे निवेदन हैं कि Delete For Everyone किया जाए

So subject verb rules is valid

Are:- plural verb is used
