Yoo! Today makes exactly 2 years since I created this channel and started posting. I still remember the exact place and situation I was in when I started, and I told myself one thing: to post every single day and document my journey.

Went to the hospital today (cuz I got sick ), and man, my health has taken a serious hit. Turns out this sedentary lifestyle has caused way more issues than I expected. Got warned about a lot of red flags too. Thank God it's not too severe, but I’ve definitely learned my lesson — it’s time for a lifestyle change.
