Frontend is way harder than backend imoπ€
#my_thoughts
This happens a lot when a frontend developer does the backend π, or the backend developer doesnβt have much experience, or the app is just too complicatedβusually one of these three.
There are three types of full-stack developers: frontend developers who know how to make a basic REST API, and backend developers who can only show backend responses. In this case, the workload goes to one side, either backend or frontend. If the backend developer only focuses on the API and ignores the other parts, the frontend developer will have to do all the work. The same thing happens the other way around. If the dev's writing both or one has balanced experience in both it's gonna be breeze for the dev who's working on top of that.

You might find this funny, but I always get blown away when I search for videos on a topic, click the filter button on YouTube, change it to 'This week,' and actually find videos made just 2-3 days ago. I'm like, 'Bruh, how does this even happen? π' Has this ever blown your mind, or is it just me?

Just had this awesome idea and I have to build it right now! Might take a few hours, but Iβm planning on building the MVP. Iβm so pumped about it, so let's see where this goes. Get ready for some late-night project spam! I know itβs super late, but I couldnβt fight the urge to open up my PC and start building π.
Got my coding lofi playlist on YouTube, starting a fresh Next.js project. Tech stack is locked in: Next.js for frontend and backend, Clerk for auth, Gemini AI, and Cloudinary for file uploads.
Let the challenge begin!

Man, I just woke up! ππ€¦ββοΈ I was working and totally knocked out on the sofa. π Woke up at like 10, then passed out again. Blame it on my long, tiring day full of transport, haha. Anyway, Iβll try to wrap it up today! π

Remind yourself why you started programming in the first placeβthe ambition, the excitement, the moments when something finally clicked, and the dreams you had of building and creating. Use that energy to do something meaningful, something that expresses who you are. Make it feel like you, look like you, and remind you of yourself. Share it without shame or fear of judgment, even if you're just a beginner, struggling with small things, or feeling stuck.
For those of you who have already achieved great things, please stop discouraging beginners for not keeping up with your pace. Remember, they are your past selfβprobably with even more passion and creativity. They just need time, effort, and guidance.
Writing this actually gave me an awesome project idea! π Anyway, I hope my point comes across.
