๐Ÿ˜ฎ, what a journey we've had! Can you believe it? Our community has grown to over 3,700 developers , mostly from Ethiopia, but we've also welcomed friends from all around the world.

When I first started this channel, I never thought it would become this big. It all began as a challenge from my brother. And guess what? It resonated with so many fellow developers, leading us to this incredible achievement of 3,700 subscribers!

I can't thank each and every one of you enough for your support, love, and encouragement. Looking back, starting this channel was the best decision I've ever made. It has brought me connections, friendships, even some side gigs, and most importantly, it has fueled my passion for learning and growing. and am happy to say the journey is yet about to start ... there is so much to learn .. so much to build .. so much to research .. so much to correct ... so much to innovate and most importantly so much to grow.

Here's to the journey ahead!๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿคฉ

#UI_Design

Hey designers! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Check out this computer maintenance system mobile app UI I recently designed for a client. They wanted a black color scheme, so I went with a sleek glass morphism style (remember that trend I mentioned before?).

After research and wireframing, I moved into high-fidelity design. The attached video shows the final UI along with a basic prototype using simple transitions. The client only asked for the visual designs, but I included the prototype flow as a bonus.

Let me know what you think of this dark, glassy look! I would love to hear your thoughts.

Yoo, did you know the CEOs of AMD and NVIDIA are cousins?๐Ÿ˜ณ Crazy, right? It's like they're playing a high-stakes family game in the tech world. Imagine competing against your own blood! It's like backstabbing your own bro or sis๐Ÿ˜. Wild stuff, man!

Just watched this video and couldn't resist sharing... ๐Ÿ˜‚ ... This guy is such a Laravel fan and also a preacher... Love his energy and passion for it, btw. From what I see, he'd rather learn Mandarin than switch to other programming languages ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜.

He's probably in CodeNight ๐Ÿ˜

I'm really passionate about low-level programming these days. I've found this great book and plan to be disciplined and go through it. With God's help, I will post some of the stuff I learned here on this channel.

Sometimes I wonder, like, how come we, this generation, just take everything for granted? I mean, why aren't we even a bit curious about stuff like the internet, our everyday gadgets, and the crazy level of tech we've reached? It's kinda nuts, you know? In my opinion, our reaction should be one of two things: either we see all this tech as some sorta miracle and move on, or we get curious and figure out how it all works. But guess what? We go for option threeโ€”taking everything for granted and not even giving it a second thought. Like, 0.5% of our attention, maybe? Yeah, that's a big fat zero.

To be continued.

If you're interested in this book but prefer learning visually, you can join a free course on Coursera. They split the book into two parts/courses . In the first part/course , they focus on hardware, teaching you how to build a computer from scratch. They start with basic components and guide you through creating a functioning computer that can run simple programs. They begin with simple logic gates like NAND gates. In the second part, they cover software and architecture, including topics such as operating systems, assembly language, and even creating your own programming language. Eventually, you'll end up creating your own Tetris game.

I think we're missing out on important things because we're not paying attention to the details. Our generation faces tough challenges like Depression, loneliness, or even thinking about giving up (suicidal thoughts). And it's all because of computer algorithms, AI programs that understand us (what we want to see/feel) better than we understand ourselves. But instead of facing this reality, we choose to ignore it and just consume.

On the other hand, the people who work on the nitty gritty stuff under the hood know this and they're starting to hide the complexity ( increasing the layers of abstraction followed with astetic experience ( I don know how to express this one ๐Ÿ˜)) so they don't bother by making us question the questions we chose to ignore. And at this point we have to go through so many layers of abstraction to get to the beginning.

To be continued.
