As a programmer, you may find yourself facing imposters, and at times, it might feel like you haven't made any progress and have no idea what you're doing. The worst part is that there are numerous gurus out there who appear to have it all figured out. However, let me assure you, coding is not easy, and it's completely normal to feel lost and believe you're making no progress. But, it's essential to stop dwelling on the thought that you're a total waste of time and a loser and instead confront real problems.

Remember, coding is a journey, and everyone faces challenges along the way. It's okay to feel stuck, and reaching out for help and joining communities can be incredibly beneficial. Trust me when I say this because every programmer has been in your shoes at some point.

With persistence, determination, and the support of others, you'll overcome obstacles and continue to grow as a programmer. Don't compare yourself to gurus; focus on your own progress and keep learning. Embrace the challenges, and you'll become a better coder with each hurdle you overcome.

So, yesterday was one of those days where everything that could go wrong did go wrong. It all started innocently enough when I decided to stop my comfort with expo and dive into the world of React Native CLI. Little did I know that this adventure would consume my entire day!

First things first, let's talk about installation woes. Oh boy, it felt like I was climbing Mount Everest! The React Native CLI installation process seemed simple at first glance, but boy was I in for a surprise. Compatibility issues popped up left and right, making me question my life choices. 😩

And then there was Android Studio... Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? It sucked away hours of my precious time! It felt like navigating through a labyrinth of settings and configurations. Android Studio, why must you be so complicated? 😫

To add insult to injury, the internet decided to play games with me too. My connection kept dropping like a hot potato! Seriously, what is wrong with Ethiopian telecom? The frustration levels were off the charts as I desperately tried to troubleshoot and fix the issue. 🌐😑

But hey, amidst all the chaos and frustration, there were moments of triumph too! Every small victory felt like winning an Olympic gold medal. When that React Native app finally ran on my emulator or device without any errors... oh boy, pure bliss! πŸŽ‰πŸ’ͺ

As self-taught programmers, we face these challenges head-on because we're passionate about what we do. We embrace the struggle and learn from it every step of the way.So yes, yesterday was an exhausting day, but it was also a day of growth and learning.

Becoming a self-taught programmer requires more than just motivation; it demands discipline. In this world, where determination and hard work are deeply ingrained, relying on discipline rather than motivation can be the difference between success and stagnation.

While motivation may fluctuate, discipline remains a constant force that keeps aspiring programmers on track. By establishing a structured routine, allocating dedicated time to learning, and adhering to it, self-taught programmers can ensure consistent progress.

Discipline enables programmers to overcome challenges, such as limited resources or a lack of formal guidance. It fosters a growth mindset, allowing programmers to embrace failures and setbacks as opportunities for learning and improvement.

Hey programmers! Just wanted to let you know about an awesome podcast I found called "Tech Is The New Black." If you're looking for some motivation and inspiration, give it a shot – I think you'll really like it. Check it out!

Am I the only one πŸ€” or are there people like me who are using ChatGPT as a kindergarten teacher ? Let me explain πŸ—£β€¦ I always get stuck with some kind of error/bug … oh my god , I hate that part, it's like getting roasted by a computer . But here comes my lazy personality . I always try to understand the problem by myself , but sometimes I really find myself having a hard time understanding what is going on with the code . So guess what I'll do… I give the error message to ChatGPT πŸ€β€¦

Some of you guys are saying… what is so surprising about it? We all do that always… but wait, I didn't tell you the main part… (drum roll πŸ₯) I'll paste the code and tell ChatGPT to explain the error like I'm explaining it to a 10-year-old kid …

VoilΓ  πŸŽ‰, and that way, dude… I'll gain my coding wisdom , 'cause I know nobody is going to understand some kind of bug or programming concept better than me… and dear programmers , let me tell you thisβ€”don't hesitate to do what I did… just throw your pride and learn complex concepts with ice cream and lollipop madness . I hope that'll help a lotβ€”thanks !

I sometimes feel like I'm really living up to my username, "tech nerd" πŸ€“. It's funny how just two years ago, when I picked that name, I never imagined I'd get so into this stuff. But now, coding is on my mind all the time . Whether I'm in the bathroom or lying in bed , I'm thinking about coding. Even when I'm hanging out with my friends , all I talk about is coding. They're probably like, "Doesn't this guy have anything else to say?" πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I don't know why, but it's like I'm pushing myself hard to get really good at coding . But in the process, I'm realizing that I'm changing a bit to keep a balance with who I am . Trying to be awesome at coding and super outgoing at the same time is a bit tough.

I'm curious what you all think about this πŸ€”. Since most of the people I talk to are into coding too , I'm guessing you've dealt with this too.

guys here is a recommendation channel from my buddy check it out.
trust me the day you decided to become a programmer you decided to become the part of this madness . β€ΌοΈπŸ€“

🧐 Surprise! Coders can get tricked by the Dunning-Kruger effect too. Some newbies think they're coding kings when they're just starting, while some coding champs doubt their awesomeness thanks to Imposter Syndrome. It's like a brainy rollercoaster! 🎒

πŸ“Š Guess what? Around 70% of folks battle Imposter Syndrome. Crazy, right? But here's the secret sauce: own your progress. High-five your wins, and if you're feeling lost in code land, ask for help – we're all in this loop together!

🌟 So, whether you're rocking codes or wrestling doubts, remember: Imposter Syndrome and Dunning-Kruger are like sidekicks in your coder's adventure. Embrace the journey, celebrate your wins, and keep coding on, you awesome human of the virtual world!

πŸ‘‹ Hey yo sup developers!

Today ..... let's talk about a common stereotype we face as programmers. You know the one - when people assume we can fix anything electronic! πŸ› πŸ”Œ It's like saying, "Hey, you code, so you must be a tech wizard, right?"

Sure, we're tech-savvy, but being a programmer doesn't mean we're automatic gadget gurus. Programming is a skill that requires time and dedication to learn and master. We thrive on coding challenges and debugging code, not necessarily troubleshooting your phone charger. πŸ˜…

So, next time someone asks you to fix their device, say "u better get the hell out of ma face or i will hack in to your computer/phone and send your weird photos to your X.πŸ˜‚

... anyways, Let's break those stereotypes and focus on what we do best

Stay coding! πŸ’‘πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

Hey devs! Let's talk lo-fi. Staying focused while coding can be tough. Bugs, errors, and complex concepts can get frustrating. Here's my trick: I'm a huge fan of listening to lo-fi during coding sessions. The soothing sounds help me relax and concentrate fully. Sometimes I get so engrossed that I'm in the zone, tackling tasks with all I've got. Even if I start with hesitation, lo-fi turns it around.

Want to give it a shot? Look up various lo-fi genres online, on platforms like Spotify or YouTube. But those pesky Spotify ads and YouTube distractions can be annoying. That's why I recommend lofi.co. I've been using it; it's fantastic. You can customize themes for day and night, add tranquil bird sounds, even integrate your favorite Spotify lo-fi tracks. Tons of cool features to explore.

Stay coding
