try posting. talk about your projects, what you built, what you’re working on. don’t use AI for this stuff either.

just become a familiar face. eventually people will reach out, or you’ll get referred by some random stranger.

i have no knowlage abt local startup policies or economies but i think lucy ai people has made a video abt it

@selfmadecoder
tbh idk ... just share your stuff and people might relate

@selfmadecoder
If you even have 1% interest in tech, take 4–6 months, pick one thing, and spend every free minute you have on it.

share your progress along the way too. I promise, you won’t have to worry about all the other stuff after that

tbh i don’t really like leetcode 😭 i’ve worked with and used some DSA at work, but if you wanna get into big tech, i know it’s a must.

either DM founders directly, posting more on x and linkedin or get referrals. those seem to work most of the time

I'm late but working 🔥

@selfmadecoder
it’s mostly just using my boilerplates tbh 😭 i’ve built a ton of them over the years.

i don’t really start projects from scratch unless it’s something completely new, a random side project, or something i’ve never worked on before.

just build it.

there’s this saying: “you don’t get ready and then do the thing, you start and then learn how to do it.”

I genuinely don’t think there’s a level of skill where you’re finally “ready” to build real, working, or even big projects. you just start building and figure it out along the way.

too much compute, storage, and processing needed to handle the videos 😭 and that’s without even including the amount of AI credits i’d need.

plus i was too broke to ship that at the time, and the models weren’t nearly as good either

i did that a long time ago... i’ve posted dozens of videos and pictures of myself on this channel
