I'm not gonna start building everything from scratch—I've already built a SaaS boilerplate so I can move faster and test ideas quickly. This boilerplate is a lightweight version of the ULTIMATE Boilerplate I started a few days ago.

built with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, tRPC, Better-Auth, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Polar.sh, AI SDK, and PostgreSQL. Finally, I'll deploy it on a VPS using Coolify.

Just finished building Intellectra — it’s live! 🚀

I kept seeing people (myself included) stuck on “what to build next.” So I made something for that.

Things I learned building an AI agent that understands users, acts like a coach and assistant at the same time, and integrates with tools like Google Calendar and Gmail: LLMs are insanely powerful—you can build so much just with them.

But trying to use locally fine-tuned models… yeah, my CPU started screaming 😅
