You guys coming??

@selfmadecoder
Is Elon Musk the only person on this planet to generate wild and entirely new ideas beka 😁? This car is seriously impressive; hardly anyone could complain, even though I've heard a few saying it's not that groundbreaking.

@selfmadecoder
Today was amazing—I mean, the best. I nearly risked my economics midterm (test, Idk 😁). It wasn't that hard, so I answered all the questions with my sharp mind [just kidding😁]and immediately left the hall not to miss the GDSC event. Luckily (yehabesha ketero 😁), I just got there in time. It was a hell of an event—started with some info about the Alx program, followed by a panel discussion, a refreshment break, and lastly, workshops.

There were workshops on AngularJS, Flutter, and Cloud Computing, and they were also amazing. I'll post the details later today, so make sure to check the channel again ...

@selfmadecoder
Mukerem Ali was one of the highlights of today's GDSC event! Currently working at #Turing, he shared genuine experiences and advice with us. After the panel discussion, I somehow managed to chat with him for around 30 - 40 minutes—it was abso-fricking-lutely amazing! 😁 We covered topics like competitive programming, portfolio development, open-source contributions, mentorship, challenges, breaking into tech industry, his experience, programming journey, and valuable advice on creating the right environment and persistence. His humility, lack of pride, and willingness to share were truly inspiring. I love his passion and energy for technology and programming. It felt like exactly what I was looking for.

- Find friends or a surrounding with similar energy.
- Work on your foundations, such as data structures and algorithms.
- Build projects. Dedicate yourself to your coding journey with persistence;
- don't rush for the money. Focus on learning and mastering your skills before seeking a job.
- Share and give to others.
- Don't hesitate to ask for help.

* This is the overall summary of today's dev dialogue with Temkin.

@selfmadecoder
Don the developer's channel is a go-to for me when I need advice on software development, especially for those of us navigating the self-taught path. His podcasts and Q&A sessions are seriously great; you're bound to find a lot you can relate to. I highly suggest checking out his podcasts—I might have shared some here on this channel. And don't just listen for the sake of it; try to apply what you hear as much as you can.

@selfmadecoder
If u are AAU student come right now to 4 kilo computer science lab .... There is a web JAM happening now ... I think we r covering MERN stack...

@selfmadecoder
so... what are my coming plans for the coming months🤔 »»»»

1. My plan is to dive into competitive programming and really dig into data structures and algorithms.
2. I'm gonna work on some personal projects to build a killer portfolio that shows off my skills.
3. I also wanna contribute to open-source projects.
4. I'll be learning the basics of DEVOPS concepts to level up my skills.
5. I'm super excited to join A2SV for the upcoming round—it's gonna be awesome!
6. master the art of writing low latency code.
7. creating same energy circle and surrounding.
8. creating connections and networking with others in the industry to expand my connections.
9. Continuous improvement is my mantra—I'll keep pushing myself to get even better.
10. While I have many plans in mind, I recognize that ultimately, it is the purpose of the Lord that will prevail (Proverbs 19:21).

@selfmadecoder
I'm in an engineering drawing (Technical Drawing) class, and the teacher was discussing material components. Then she asked, "How many components does this material have?" My subconscious was like, "Where is the src folder?" 😂 Only React devs will understand this 😁
