you can change what you believe about yourself by changing your actions and environment. your mind will adjust to it. belief is an abstract concept, you can't directly change it. but your mind does based on evidence it gathers from the real world. And it doesn't take much for your mind to start believing all kinds of things

Today, I’m gonna try something different ... let’s actually plan the day! 😁 I’m not really the ‘plan every detail and act’ type, but I’ll list out my tasks, set time slots on the calendar, break them down, and try to stick to it. Hopefully, it works and makes me more productive!

My Trello board is packed with features, and it was starting to make me procrastinate. So, the plan now is to tackle at least three tickets a day (each with a bunch of sub-tasks). Thank God I have the solution for it ( not wanting to walk 50km 😁)
