#weekly_review
It was such an intense and packed week alhamdulillah.
Participated international dancing battle for the first time.
I’ve decided to prepare for IELTS independently, as I didn’t feel progress or help in those courses I went.
In a new week I wonna focus on CoddyCamp more and stay at work and prepare for IELTS.
In order to save time I may go to the sports and dance lessons near my work instead of my current trainings. I need more time efficiency.
Alhamdulillah most times my mood is 100%, I feel so happy and blessed. Months ago I felt in the middle of nowhere and so much lost, now feeling so grateful for the reason I’ve again found my way!

Flying Fish Picked Off From Above And Below | The Hunt | BBC Earth
Flying fish can make powerful, self-propelled leaps out of water into air, where their long, wing-like fins enable gliding flight for considerable distances. It appears these Flying Fish are in a no win situation, picked off above the surface by Frigatebird's…

SAT/IELTS Study Tips
Disclaimer: These tips are based on what works for me personally, take what helps and leave what doesn’t.
Summer is the time when most students go all in on SAT prep. If you’re planning to do the same, here’s how I structure my day for maximum productivity.
First off, I believe everyone has an internal clock, we all have certain hours when we function best. Some people are night owls, others are early birds. You need to figure out when your brain is the sharpest and build around that.
For me, I’m a morning person. Here’s my routine for the LSAT currently:
6:00 AM – I wake up, go for a run or just take a walk with my AirPods in. Getting fresh air clears my mind.
7:00 AM – I come home, eat a solid breakfast, and prepare for the day.
8:00 AM to 1:00 PM – I’m at the library. This is my deep focus time. I follow a 1-hour study / 15-minute break cycle until I start feeling drained.
1:30 PM to 4:00 PM – Nap time. A fat nap. This helps reset my brain.
4:00 PM – I get lunch/dinner, then head to the gym for a workout.
6:30 PM to 10:00/11:00 PM – I return to the library for my second session of the day. Evenings are more chill, I use this time for drilling practice problems, not learning new content. Then sleep around 12.
My strategy:
Mornings are for learning new concepts, watching videos, or taking full practice tests.
Evenings are for repetition and practice flashcards, drills, light review.
That’s how I study. The key is to find a system that works for you and stay consistent. Sleep is important, get at least 8 hours a day.
Lock in. Let’s get it.
