🎓 CAREER TIP OF THE DAY
💼 Stop saying “I have no experience.”
If you’re a student or recent graduate, you probably have more experience than you think.
Instead of focusing on what you haven’t done, identify what you’ve already done:
📌 University projects → Project experience
📌 Student organizations → Leadership & teamwork
📌 Volunteering → Communication & responsibility
📌 Freelance work → Professional experience
📌 Competitions → Problem-solving & achievement
📌 Part-time jobs → Work experience
💡 Your goal is not to have a perfect CV. Your goal is to show employers that you can create value.
Before applying for your next opportunity, ask yourself:
“What have I done that proves I can do this job?”
That answer belongs on your CV. 🚀

Most things that bring genuine happiness are not just temporary, immediate gratifications, and those things also come with resistance and require sacrifice. Yet there is a way to nullify the feeling of “sacrifice” whenyou integrate a task into the “norm” or push through resistance with regulation. These, and all the other reasons why routine is so important (and happy people tend to follow them more).
Your habits create your mood, and your mood is a filter through which you experience your life.
It would make sense to assume that moods are created from thoughts or stressors, things that crop up during the day and knock us off-kilter. This isn’t so. Psychologist Robert Thayer argues that moods are created by our habitualness: how much we sleep, how frequently we move, what we think, how often we think it, and so on. The point is that it’s not one thought that throws us into a tizzy:
It’s the pattern of continually experiencing that thought that
compounds its effect and makes it seem valid.

“When our lives revolve around someone, they don’t just stop doing so even if all that’s left is some semblance of their memory. There are always those bits that linger. The memories that are impressed on the places you went and the things you said and the songs you listened to remain.”
Emotional intelligence is infallible composure; self-esteem is
believing you are supremely, completely “good”; happiness is a
product of not having problems.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to feel, express, and interpret
your feelings productively; self-esteem is believing you’re worthy
of loving and being loved despite not being supremely, completely
“good” all of the time; happiness is a product of how you cope with
your problems and whether or not you see them as the opportunities
they are.

Hayotingizga ma’no beradigan narsalarni izlaydigan emas, balki narsalarga o‘zi ma’no bera oladigan inson bo‘lishga intiling. “Muvaffaqiyat” ortidan quvish o‘rniga, mehribon bo‘lishga intiling. Boylikni mazmunli va yaxshi yashalgan hayotning belgisi deb hisoblash o‘rniga, aql-zakovat, mehribonlik yoki keng fikrlilikni shunday hayotning belgisi deb biling. ✨📖

What is the meaning of life? 🤔
The meaning is that you can pray every single day 🤲, you can create your best version every single day ✨, you can control your emotions before judging or making a decision 🧘, you can educate yourself 📚 and focus on your health 💪. So, study and work for living a better life.

“Our generation believes that passion is the answer—the solution to a life joyously, successfully, happily lived. We were the kids who were told, “You can be anything” and heard “You can succeed at everything.” There are a lot of people much smarter than me who have argued this beautifully.
It’s not about following passion; it’s about following purpose passionately. Passion is a manner of traveling, not a means to determine a destination. Passion is the spark that lights the fire; purpose is the kindling that keeps it burning all night. (I’ve said this before.) This is to say: The opposite of passion isn’t settling for a lukewarm life, it’s marrying it to logic that will actually get you where you want to go.”

Assalomu alaykum yaxshimisizlar?
Agar manda doktoranturada oʻqishdan oldin mavzu haqida oʻylab koʻrish imkoni boʻlganda, man nimalar qilgan boʻlardim:
1-qadam: qaysi yoʻnalish qiziqishlarimga to'g'ri kelishini magistraturani oʻqishdan oldin aniqlab olardim.
2-qadam: magistraturada davlat yoki xususiy universitetlarda oʻqisam, oldindan oʻzimga va qiziqishlarimga mos aktual mavzu tanlardim, sababi xuddi shu mavzuingizni doktoranturada ham davom ettirasiz.
3-qadam: oʻz pozitsiyamni va kelajakda ishlamoqchi boʻlgan audotoriyamni belgilab olardim. Masalan, bolalar, kattalar, faqat qizlar va ayollar yoki oʻgʻil bolalar va erkaklar - hammasini yoshiga qarab yana kategoriyalarga boʻlardim.
