Do you ever wonder why people hurt those with the softest hearts?

Is it because they are too understanding?
Because they believe your excuses, even when deep down they know something isn’t right?
Because they say “it’s okay” when it isn’t?
Because they keep waiting when you say, “Maybe later,” even though every delay quietly hurts them?

Why do you make them ask for what they deserve?
Why do you make them beg for love, attention, effort, or even the smallest things that should have been given willingly?

Perhaps you think their silence means they don’t care.
Perhaps you mistake their patience for weakness.
Or maybe you simply become too comfortable with their kindness.

But soft-hearted people feel everything.
They notice every little change.
They remember every broken promise.
They just choose not to make you feel guilty for it.

They forgive more than they should.
They wait longer than they should.
They give more than they receive.

Until one day, they simply stop asking.

And that silence will mean more than all their previous words.

Because the saddest thing about losing a soft-hearted person is that you rarely realize you are losing them while they are still trying to stay.

You realize it only when they no longer ask, no longer wait, and no longer expect anything from you.

And by then, their heart may still be soft…

but it will no longer be soft for you.

Baxtli bo'lishning eng katta shartlaridan biri — odamning o'zida bor narsaga rozi bo'la olishidir.

Agar bir odam hozir o'zida bor narsaga kifoyalanmasa, qanoatlanmasa va o'zining baxtli bo'lishini yana bitta narsa paydo bo'lishiga bog'lasa, shu odam men kafolat berib aytaman, baxtli bo'la olmaydi.

Baxtli boʻlish uchun harakat qilayotganlar-chi? Aytaylik, moliyaviy mustaqillikka erishmoqchi boʻlganlar yoki ilmda oʻzini yana bir pog'ona koʻtarishni xohlaganlar.
Menimcha, bu kabi gaplar endi XXI asr zamon yoshlariga mos kelmaydi! Yoshlar avvalgidanda harakatchan va imkoniyatlar ham koʻp.

🎓 CAREER TIP OF THE DAY

💼 Stop saying “I have no experience.”

If you’re a student or recent graduate, you probably have more experience than you think.

Instead of focusing on what you haven’t done, identify what you’ve already done:

📌 University projects → Project experience
📌 Student organizations → Leadership & teamwork
📌 Volunteering → Communication & responsibility
📌 Freelance work → Professional experience
📌 Competitions → Problem-solving & achievement
📌 Part-time jobs → Work experience

💡 Your goal is not to have a perfect CV. Your goal is to show employers that you can create value.

Before applying for your next opportunity, ask yourself:

“What have I done that proves I can do this job?”

That answer belongs on your CV. 🚀
Hi, my little world
I finished this book yesterday.
It's an interesting novel.
Level is B2.
The story was so gripping that I couldn’t put the book down.

Alhamdulillah, finished my 2nd English book this month 📖✨
Most things that bring genuine happiness are not just temporary, immediate gratifications, and those things also come with resistance and require sacrifice. Yet there is a way to nullify the feeling of “sacrifice” whenyou integrate a task into the “norm” or push through resistance with regulation. These, and all the other reasons why routine is so important (and happy people tend to follow them more).
Your habits create your mood, and your mood is a filter through which you experience your life.
It would make sense to assume that moods are created from thoughts or stressors, things that crop up during the day and knock us off-kilter. This isn’t so. Psychologist Robert Thayer argues that moods are created by our habitualness: how much we sleep, how frequently we move, what we think, how often we think it, and so on. The point is that it’s not one thought that throws us into a tizzy:

It’s the pattern of continually experiencing that thought that
compounds its effect and makes it seem valid.
“When our lives revolve around someone, they don’t just stop doing so even if all that’s left is some semblance of their memory. There are always those bits that linger. The memories that are impressed on the places you went and the things you said and the songs you listened to remain.”
Happiness is not a rush of positive emotion elicited by random events that
affirm the way you think something should go. Not sustainable happiness,
anyway. The real stuff is the product of an intentional, mindful, daily
practice, and it begins with choosing to commit to it.

Emotional intelligence is infallible composure; self-esteem is
believing you are supremely, completely “good”; happiness is a
product of not having problems.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to feel, express, and interpret
your feelings productively; self-esteem is believing you’re worthy
of loving and being loved despite not being supremely, completely
“good” all of the time; happiness is a product of how you cope with
your problems and whether or not you see them as the opportunities
they are.

Hayotingizga ma’no beradigan narsalarni izlaydigan emas, balki narsalarga o‘zi ma’no bera oladigan inson bo‘lishga intiling. “Muvaffaqiyat” ortidan quvish o‘rniga, mehribon bo‘lishga intiling. Boylikni mazmunli va yaxshi yashalgan hayotning belgisi deb hisoblash o‘rniga, aql-zakovat, mehribonlik yoki keng fikrlilikni shunday hayotning belgisi deb biling. ✨📖

Do the most important things immediately in the morning. Give your energy to what matters most, when you have the most of it. It also helps you define what really matters to you.

Everything in your life does one of three things: shows you to yourself, heals a part of yourself, or lets you enjoy a part of yourself. If you adopt that perspective, there’s nothing left to fear.
While natural skill is more or less something you’re born with, self-control is something you develop. Most people believe the opposite is true: that they can perfect their talent, but that the drive to do so will come easily.
