The United States carried out a limited-scale wave of strikes in Iran overnight, marking the 8th consecutive night of U.S. attacks, with the scope of the operation smaller than on previous nights.
The strikes targeted Sirik Island, Bandar Abbas, Lengeh Port, Hajjiabad, Qeshm Island, and Shadegan. Except for Shadegan, all of the strikes were in southern Iran, most of them near the Strait of Hormuz.
