More details on the IDF elimination of Al Jazeera "journalist" - Hamas terrorist Muhammad Samir Muhammad Washah

He was a key terrorist in Hamasโ€™ rocket and weapons production headquarters, who had been planning terrorist attacks against IDF soldiers operating in the area. Throughout the war, Washah was involved in the production of drones, rockets, and additional weaponry, and also took part in the transfer of weapons through the Gaza Strip.

The terrorist contributed to Hamasโ€™ force build-up efforts, was actively involved in planning attacks against IDF troops, and posed a concrete threat to forces in the area.

Hezbollah stopped firing towards Israel since the ceasefire between US and Iran started, holding on to the hope that they will be included in the deal.

Even after the biggest operation since the Pagers in 2024 that Israel carried out yesterday on Hezbollah terrorists in Beirut, they still didn't fire.

This only shows how desperate they are and how bad they want Israel to stop decimating them - the more reason to continue with full force.

No oil tankers have passed through the Strait of Hormuz since yesterday's ceasefire, except four ships that have passed which are all dry cargo carriers.

Today, Iranโ€™s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has published a statement announcing alternative routes for commercial vessels traveling through the Strait of Hormuz, in order to avoid sea mines that they now admit they deployed during the war.

The new shipping route happens to pass much closer by Iranian territorial waters and the Island of Larak, making it easier to monitor movement in case the Strait is reopened.

Oman's Transport Minister, Eng. Saeed bin Hamoud bin Saeed Al Maawali denies Iran's decision that the 2 countries will charge a joint fare on each ship passing through the Strait of Hormuz:

Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Oman's position is clear: Oman has signed all international agreements related to maritime transport.

The Strait of Hormuz is a natural passage, not created by human intervention, and therefore, no fees can be imposed on it according to the international agreements signed by the Sultanate.

The Israeli cabinet secretly approved the establishment of 34 new Israeli settlements in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) - a record number passed at once, and also during the campaign against Iran. The decision was kept highly classified to avoid American pressure.

Among the locations approved for establishment: areas located within arab enclaves in northern Samaria and remote points that even the Israeli army rarely reaches.

The IDF Chief of Staff who attended the meeting did not explicitly oppose, but expressed reservations due to manpower limitations and requested to phase the implementation of the decision to a number of settlements at a time. The army's position was not accepted and the decision passed.

Among the settlements: Noa and Emek Dotan to be built in enclaves within arab territory between Areas A and B. Noa - south of Ganim and Kadim near Qabatiya. Emek Dotan - will connect Sha-Nur, Homesh, and Shavei Shomron.

Within the decision, there is also a precedent-setting clause concerning the water and electricity infrastructure of the settlements: according to the secret appendix - energy infrastructure (electricity and water) will begin to be established even before land regulation.

Defense Minister Katz and the minister in the Defense Ministry Bezalel Smotrich chose not to comment.

Troops of the 162nd Division are continuing targeted ground operations in southern Lebanon. As part of the activity, troops from the 401st Brigade located a shaft leading to underground infrastructure from which a terrorist emerged and was eliminated in close-quarters combat. The troops entered the shaft and located a cache of weapons, including explosives, rockets, an RPG launcher, and grenades. In additional activity, they dismantled several Hezbollah staging positions in which additional weapons were located.

Troops of the 215th Fire Brigade struck and eliminated more than 70 terrorists, including a terrorist cell that had planned to carry out mortar fire toward our troops. In another incident, the troops identified two terrorists entering a structure used by Hezbollah and eliminated them in an airstrike. In addition, the troops dismantled anti-tank launch positions, observation posts, and command centers belonging to Hezbollah.

In parallel, troops from the Nahal Brigade located a large quantity of weapons and dismantled dozens of terrorist infrastructures, including anti-tank positions aimed at the troops operating in the area.
