Dear Test Takers,

Due to closure of Iran airspace some flights started to be canceled as all we know. If your flight is canceled and can not come to Istanbul for taking PTE due to flight cancelations please fill this form https://ptesvc.tfaforms.net/18 completely for claiming free reschedule right. The test taker whose flight is canceled must provide official evidence in English Language as received official flight cancellation email or official flight cancellation document of airline.

IMPORTANT:
*If test taker’s evidence document or email is not in English language it must be translated in English by official interpreter and stamped by that interpreter’s official stamp in English Language also.
**You must submit this online form within 14 full calendar days of the scheduled date of the test.
***Please note, that you must provide flight cancelation evidence which has to be attached at the bottom of this online form.
****After filling the form you will be contacted via email in 3-5 working days. In case you have not heard from Pearson in 5 working days, please check your email spam folder.
