Gentle reminder for all the people submitting in the applications to make sure the selfies contain the hand written note saying "Sekuritance May 2021" on it as several are coming in with just the face and ID and will get flagged for review by failing the automation - thus delaying your application verification. The compliance teams are all hands on deck but taking the right selfies will make the process much smoother
Dear All,
several people who applied unfortunately uploaded ZIP files instead of the actual images required and automatically failed the verification. There are many but we suggest that those that did, redo the form if they would like to be re-considered and stick to uploading Images or PDF please.

Good evening all from Europe.
I can confirm that now the Axion Allocation analysis has been concluded and the eligible Max Staked Wallets and NFT Holders should start receiving their emails. Well done and thank you to all that participated so far!

Dear All,
First of all I would like to thank you all for being part of this project journey. It is quite overwhelming and a humbling experience to see people wanting to get in on the project from its inception and help see us through. We understand that not everyone got the chance to benefit from the AXION Allocation and its respective bonuses and the ones that made it have already been notified via email and their deposits pending or being reconciled as we speak.
As for the remaining public allocation, the lists are out and being vetted by the TrustSwap team as we speak and those emails are due to be sent out shortly.
Whilst being honoured by having soo many applications and having surpassed our allocation expectations, we would like to insist that no-one is forced to participate and/or should feel pressured to do so and we invite you only to go ahead with your pledge if you truly believe in this project, its team, its direction and the general benefit it is set out to deliver.
Whilst many projects are at IDO stage, they would merely have a white paper let alone a recognised team, a functioning suite, paying customers, thousands of members on their platforms and solid roadmaps. We trust you will understand that each project and Sekuritance is no different needs time to take in all the feedback and put in all the necessary effort to ensure that the roadmap vision is implemented and delivered accordingly.
In the meantime, some clarifications and FAQs about the current process in the IDO:
1. I asked to be considered for both Axion and TrustSwap but I have not received my Axion email. Does that mean I was not chosen for the Axion allocation and I will be excluded from the TrustSwap as well? And what about my KYC - did I fail that too?
Yes - means your application wasn’t amongst the ones to be picked for the first in queue Axion allocation
No - it does not mean your KYC was unsuccessful. It could mean that you got verified later and you will still be getting the TrustSwap allocation later.
2. In the pledge form I put in an amount in Euro or USD and didn’t convert to USDT/USDC - does it matter
No - we are considering a 1-1 conversion with USD so we invite you to only send USDT or USDC to the deposit address and we will assume a 1-1 conversion for your pledge
3. I sent my form in early so how come I didn’t get the Axion allocation promised. Is it because you filtered with who staked the most or who got the bonuses etc?
Definitely not. If you check the deposit address actually you will see all the pledges come in and you will note the varying amounts - many had NFT staked amongst those. The form links, etc are not controlled by Sekuritance and we started processing the applications the moment they come in. As soon as they are received our backend engines start going through all the data - pass through automation - some pass immediately - some get redirected to compliance manual checks - some get rejected immediately and go to escalation. Once that process happens, there is a separate AML check that goes through and a few other internal processes to reconcile everything. It was a first come first served in the sense that the first applications that come are the first that get processed - 100% - but they only made the list once they get 100% verified - unfortunately that is the process we go through.
4. I put in an amount but would like to change it for the TrustSwap allocation? Can I do that?
Unfortunately no. If we had to honour just the pledge amount that our applicants put in, I can tell you the current hardtop would have been crushed several times over so the TrustSwap team confirmed that the allocations will be worked out based on their internal division algorithms and we will respect those amounts.
5. Will the TrustSwap allocation deposit Address be different to the Axion allocation deposit address?
Yes. We are doing this purposely for auditing and reconciliation purposes only. The first 3 characters and the last 10 will be placed in our Telegram and Discord channels accordingly.

ezone issue and I didn’t make it in time. Can I still participate.
We would love you to do so BUT we cannot. Whilst rejecting applicants or participants or would-be clients is never a good thing - TrustSwap have issued those guidelines and they stick to their policies and procedures.
7. I did by mistake upload the wrong selfie or issued the wrong ETH wallet in the form or put in some wrong information. Can I rectify that information please.
Most definitely you can. Every one that things he has this issues - you are free to send an email to compliance indicating this. Unfortunately it does not mean you will be guaranteed a TrustSwap allocation but it will mean that your data and records will be clean on our end so next time we are checking your information, it will be a smoother process.
8. You have all this data - so now you have my KYC and also cross referenced with my ETH wallet. What are you going to do with that data and isn’t it the whole idea of crypto to be anonymous?
Your data is used only for our onboarding procedure. We are required to know who our clients and participants are and I am sure you would have experienced the same situation with all the other projects (or most) that you participated in. When people and businesses do things properly - that is how they should be done. You have the option to remain anonymous of course but then you would not be eligible to participate in these type of pre-launches. Having said that, one of the core features that we are planning to push out to the public is addressed in the next question.
9. Since now we are KYCd with you, does that mean we do not need to fill in these details 2 or 3 times a week again?
Yes and No. You are correct - since you have your data at us and we processed it already for our own onboarding - that means that you have a profile with us. Anyone that uses us for KYC and queries your data - will automatically immediately get a preliminary approved result. Should a project require additional consent for example like a handwritten note, etc then you might be asked JUST for that additional bit. We are already working heavily in the background to provide this to the suite.
10. What else would I be able to do and how will it work?
Should a client of ours need to onboard participants (launchpads, exchanges, etc) - when you are sent to the “onboarding form or UI functionally” the moment you put in your email, DOB, and maybe the basic identifiers, the system will be able to confirm whether you have been pre-vetted or not (based on a Sekuritance identity management query) and there will be a separate quicker procedure for that part.
10. This is the second time I am apparently using the Sekuritance platform to get verified so how did this help me? I still filled in all my details.
True. For now that is the process but gong forward anyone being queried and already been successful (unless a specific time period passed or our ongoing AML exercise flags issues), then your application will skyrocket through the process. You might still need to give additional consent form or something else which is project dependant - but I am sure you get the process.
11. If you have your own application and engines why are you still using online forms?
Our background and expertise is heavily experienced with big data analysis, checks and queries. User Interfaces were not always a priority in the data business especially since 90% of the Sekuritance market opportunities have been primarily backend verifications and services. We are transitioning to a more customer facing (B2B and B2C regime) and building our new version of the user interfaces. We have betas out there and several people are already in test phase and A/B Testing phases but these things take time and proper testing and we were not comfortable using those untested live solutions for our onboarding process this time round as we wanted to give the whole community as much of a painless experience as possible. So the forms were/are a temporary solution talking to our backend engines until our front end Use

r Interfaces are up to the standard we would like them to be.
The above are some of the most frequent questions we got and I hope we addressed most of your concerns.

Good evening.
Here at Sekuritance the teams are working round the clock and I can confirm that we are going to open up an allocation purely for those Axion Max Stakers that did not manage to get into the first round (without impacting the initial market cap or planned circulating supply of course). Expect another announcement around 3AM CET time with further instructions. You will have approximately 9 hours to complete your pledge since the listing is confirmed for 14:00 UTC tomorrow 13th May 2021. Eligible bonuses for both max stakers as well as the NFT holders still stand and this time no race against the time - everyone who was left out and was successfully verified will be included!
Speak to you later.
Best Regards,
Sekuritance

Anybody that sent in their contributions until the uniswap listing time will be honored and reconciled accordingly and sent their tokens even though officially we had a deadline of noon on the 13th! However those that sent after the uniswap listing of 14:00 UTC on the 13th will be queued up for refund
Also those that had duplicate wallets (say for Axion allocation and TS allocation) got them both in 1 transaction. Which works out to be 10% of the eligible TS and 10% of the Axion (without bonuses)
The axion related bonuses will be worked out next week and as per vesting schedule will be distributed at the end of the vesting period
