Please read and understand the following terms before using our middleman services. By engaging in any transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.


1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We act solely as a neutral third party to hold and transfer funds. We guarantee that funds will not be released without buyer confirmation. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise after the transaction is completed. All risks associated with the deal remain with the involved parties.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

We strictly prohibit the use of our services for:
• Illegal or malicious transactions
• Stolen accounts or credentials
• Fraudulent or deceptive deals
• Any activity violating platform Terms of Service

Zero tolerance. Violation = immediate termination
and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS

All transactions are conducted exclusively in cryptocurrency. We accept: TON (GRAM), USDT (TRC20/BEP20), BTC, ETH, and other coins by agreement.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain,
our fees are non-refundable. Please review all transaction details carefully before proceeding.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties are encouraged to communicate and resolve the issue directly. If no resolution is reached, we will review evidence from both sides fairly and transparently, based on the evidence submitted. Our decision is final and binding.

6. FINALITY OF TRANSACTIONS

After funds are released to the seller, all sales are final. Exceptions apply only if an issue is identified during the active deal phase (before funds are released).

7. ACCOUNT LOCK DURING DEAL

If the purchased account becomes locked during the active deal phase, we will assist in recovery efforts. We will help mediate where possible, but no compensation is guaranteed if the account becomes locked after the deal is completed and funds have been released.

8. ACCOUNT SECURITY AFTER DEAL

Once the account has been delivered, there is no reversal of the transaction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to secure the account properly after delivery—including changing passwords, enabling 2FA, and removing any linked recovery methods. We will assist with guidance if needed, but cannot guarantee recovery.

9. ACCOUNT BANS

We are not responsible for accounts that become banned after the transaction is completed. All platforms involve inherent risk, and the possibility of bans always exists. We will help mediate where possible, but no compensation is guaranteed.

10. ACCOUNT PULLBACK

If an account is pulled back or recovered by the original owner after the deal is completed, compensation will not be provided. Our responsibility is to facilitate the safe transfer of the account. Post-delivery security is the buyer's responsibility. We will assist with mediation where possible.

11. USERNAME VOIDING / CLAIMING

If a username is voided, claimed, or turbo'd after the transaction is complete, this is not our responsibility. This is an inherent risk in purchasing social media accounts and usernames. We will help mediate where possible, but no compensation is guaranteed.

12. POST-SALE RESPONSIBILITY

We are not liable for anything that occurs after the transaction is finalized. Once funds are released, the deal is considered complete and irreversible.

13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, without obligation to disclose the reason.

14. AGREEMENT

By using our middleman services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms of Service in their
entirety.

For Sellers:
• Provide exact username and proof of ownership
• State your price clearly
• Deliver within agreed timeframe
• Do not back out after deal confirmed

For Buyers:
• Verify username before payment
• Do not attempt chargeback after delivery
• Confirm receipt within 2 hours
• Report any issues immediately
