The web site runs against your acceptable use policy, as available at https://ddos-guard.net/file/aup_en.pdf, for at least three counts.
● having content that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or indecent with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person;
● threatening bodily harm or damage to individuals or groups;
● stalking
The web site is hiding behind DDOS-Guard for anonymity to reveal personal information, including direct phone numbers and residential addresses about individuals in Hong Kong, with a purpose to incite and create threat on those persons. This is also against the law of Hong Kong (Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/hk/cap486!en-zh-Hant-HK.pdf?FROMCAPINDEX=Y)
I strongly demand that DDOS-Guard take down the web site now, in accordance to your published acceptable use policy.
