British Airways Flight 5390 — a pilot partially sucked out of the cockpit. This infamous flight took off on June 10, 1990, from Birmingham to Spain. Mid-flight, the cockpit windshield suddenly blew out, violently ejecting the captain through the opening. He was only saved by sheer luck — his body became lodged in the gap.
