A long day was had in two separate locations in Newfoundland by Second Sons and Saltwater Sons. We trekked an 1800 foot vertical summit on the West Coast and completed a 10 km ruck on the East Coast. It was an epic day for all!

This past weekend, Second Sons Canada club President visited the Québec division for some sparring and social time.

Today we celebrate Victoria Day/La Fête des Patriotes, that since 1845, has served as a common celebration for English and French Canadians alike.

The French and English civilizations led the world in human achievements for centuries and their respective accomplishments are unmatched in history.

Once thought impossible, the union of these legendary peoples is the foundational cornerstone of Canada, and their spirit in our blood is why we will always possess the innate ability for greatness. Never forget this.

SSC NB and Ordo Atlantica met for a ruck march, and afternoon of drills and light sparring. Bare knuckle body shots were incorporated into the training to learn defence and respect for a hit.
