በጃፓንኛ Karoshi ይባላል። በተለያዩ የኤዢያ ሃገራትና ብሎም በጃፓን ብዙ ከመስራት የተነሳ በሚመጣ ድካም የሚከተልን ሞት የሚገልፅ ቃል ነው።
ጃፓኖች ስራ ከመውደዳቸው የተነሳ አለቆቻቸው "ቤት ሂዱ" ብለዋቸው ከወጡ በኋላ፣ አለቆቻቸው መሄዳቸውን አረጋግጠው ተመልሰው ስራ ይገባሉ። ይህ እውነት ነው።
ኢትዮጵያችን በትትርና (ወይም work ethic) ከዓለማችን ግርጌው አካባቢ ስትቆናጠጥ፣ ጃፓንና የመሳሰሉት ሃገራት ደግሞ ከላይ ሆነው ይመራሉ። ዛሬ እነዚህ ሃገራት የት እንዳሉ አስተውሉ።
ምን ለማለት ፈልጌ ነው?
በሃገራችን ጥሩ ስራ እየሰሩ ያሉና ታታሪ ግለሰቦች እንዲሁም ቢዝነሶች፣ ተቋማት እንዳሉ ባይካድም እንደሃገር ግን ብዙ ይቀረናል፤ በጣም ብዙ። ሃገር ላይ የሚንፀባረቀው ደግሞ የእንያንዳችን ጥረት ድምር ውጤት ነው። ስለዚህ በህይወታችን ውስጥ ትጋትን በመለማመድ #ምርታማነት-አችንን እናሳድግ።

ትላንት ምንም ገጥሞን ይሆናል ትላንት ወድቀን ተሳስተን ጌታን ወዳጆቻችንን በድለን ይሆናል ፣ዛሬ ግን አዲስ ቀን ነው በአዲስ እድል በአዲስ ተስፍ የተሞላ
