Job Summary:*

We are looking for a pleasant and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth visitor experience. You will also assist with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management:

* Greet and welcome all visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.

2. Visitor Handling:

* Maintain the Visitor Register with accurate check-in/check-out times and details.
* Issue visitor passes and inform respective departments/employees about their arrival.


3. Coordination:

* Coordinate with pantry staff to serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to visitors as per schedule or requirement.


4. Communication:

* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to callers/guests.
* Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.

5. Administrative Support:

* Handle front-office stationery and ensure availability of visitor-related materials (registers, passes, pens, etc.).
* Coordinate with internal departments for housekeeping or maintenance requests for the reception area.

6. Professional Conduct:

* Follow company protocols for security and confidentiality.
* Maintain a positive and helpful attitude under all circumstances.



*Requirements:*

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
* Polite, presentable, and professional appearance.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage.
