4. Communication:
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to callers/guests.
* Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.
5. Administrative Support:
* Handle front-office stationery and ensure availability of visitor-related materials (registers, passes, pens, etc.).
* Coordinate with internal departments for housekeeping or maintenance requests for the reception area.
6. Professional Conduct:
* Follow company protocols for security and confidentiality.
* Maintain a positive and helpful attitude under all circumstances.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
* Polite, presentable, and professional appearance.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage.
